I swear, being in chamber choir is quite an experience. Choir in general is about making sure you all match, to sound like one voice in each section. There is no star, but the sound the choir can make is quite amazing. Today’s trip was a little reminder as to why I love being associated with choral music.
Chanticleer was so beautiful and so inspiring. The sounds we make in chamber choir are pretty dope as it is that I wish I could experience being in Chanticleer. But, unfortunately I won’t know what that’d be like because I’m a girl and I don’t think I have the talent. Being in chamber choir this year is such a blessing. The music we all work so hard on together is an experience that no one in the school can experience. Even though we weren’t doing our best today on the bus, we were still pretty decent. I can’t wait to see where the group will end up through the years or even by the end of this one.
